Cavendish Communications is an independent telecoms provider to businesses and education establishments in the UK. We provide the full range of communications solutions to support the needs of any modern business, from cabling and IP Business Telephone Systems to Cloud Telephony and Business Broadband.
Where it all began
From a business that started in a living room in 1990, we have evolved immensely as an organisation that now serves over 2,000 customers across the UK, constantly perfecting our deliverance of products and customer service to ensure that we are providing the optimum partner experience.
Over the past 32 years, we have built a robust reputation for superior customer service and support, providing all the latest advice, training and maintenance to ensure our customers have complete confidence in their business communications.
With both ISO9001 and CHAS accreditation, we are process-driven and safety conscious in our business activities.
Expertise and Culture
Our people and our culture set us apart from our competition. We were pioneers of IP based telephony solutions in the early 2000s and were one of the first companies to provide SIP services in the South East.
We offer market-leading On-Premise and Cloud-based telephone systems, connectivity solutions and mobile services, backed by expert support staff, most of whom have worked for Cavendish for many years.
Our culture is one of working as a team, to deliver an outstanding, personable service and support to our customers, across the complete range of business telephony services.
Cavendish Communications supports a number of local community activities as well as supporting a number of nationwide charities.
These include Matthew 25 Mission homeless charity, children’s cancer charity Young Lives vs Cancer (formally CLIC Sargent), Spina Bifida Charity (Shine) and the Brighton and Hove based St Mary Magdalen’s Soup Run to the Homeless.
We also provided a free phone system to the Citizen’s Advice Bureau in Lewes.
We also offer work experience opportunities for local school and take on a number of sales and engineering apprentices each year.
The team here at Cavendish Communications are committed to helping reduce the impact of our activities on the environment.
Our environmental policy forms the foundation of environmental improvements made by our business and is intended to help us:
- Accept responsibility for the environment
- Promote environmentally friendly communications solutions
- Keep employees informed about their environmental roles and responsibilities
- Reduce incidents that result in liability
- Conserve raw materials and energy
- Improve the monitoring of environmental impacts
- Improve the efficiency of our processes
