Professional Services Seminar Well Received

Following on from previous educational events the Cavendish team hosted a Professional Services Seminar and Networking Event earlier this month.

Solicitors, accountants and company treasurers from Sussex and Kent where advised on how the latest communications technology can help companies such as theirs increase their profits.

Guest speakers Duncan McClymont from Wills Consulting Group Ltd and Everton Stuart from Retell, joined speakers from the Cavendish team to explain the benefits of call management, call recording, remote working and business continuity, together with unified communications and integrated office and mobile telephony.

The theme was on how deploying these technologies could avoid loss of revenue from a disaster recovery point of view and indeed increase billable hours but increasing productivity, adding flexibility and better accounting of calls to clients.

Time was also made available for networking between the local businesses that attended the event.

The event was well received by attendees and there was keen interest in the call management and call recording solutions that were demonstrated.
