Cavendish Communications are heavily involved in the local community

Like many businesses, over the years we have been drawn into supporting various charities and events. However this year, the staff decided that each year we would nominate a charity and that all the numerous charitable events our staff take part in would benefit this charity. For 2007, XXXXX was voted as the charity we would like to support. Apart from the company support, we get involved in fun runs, parachute jumps, abseiling and countless other activities and our people take a real sense of pride in supporting our nominated charity.

Corporate Social Responsibility also extends to the environment with an active recycling program that we have introduced in our office and with the packaging we use. The new offices were designed with energy saving principles with 'green' lights and timers designed to work via PIR rather than just the conventional switch. The ink cartridges for our printers are recycled and all redundant PC's/screens etc are disposed of responsibly.

The company even introduced regular seminars designed to encourage staff to give up smoking!
