Our phone system has helped our business in many ways. We are more organized as we are able to utilise the Auto Attendant and therefore have more control of inbound calls. Being able to record calls has been a great bonus - reception team can record calls from abusive patients, or complicated messages from say consultants at hospitals - this saves time writing up long reports and of course are a lot more accurate. From the accounting side - just one bill makes the call costs and line charges so much easier to manage. The after-sales support and training has been excellent!
