Telesales Account Manager
Salary: £15k basic (£25k OTE)
Hours: Full time: Mon – Fri (37.5 hours a week)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self motivated person to work within a telesales team. You will be responsible for generating new business leads and sales through proactive telephone activity, targeting existing and potential new clients as well as increasing customer loyalty and increasing revenue through effective account management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating qualified sales leads and appointments for field sales executives by cold calling prospects and using existing sales database.
- Building and maintaining relationships with low to medium accounts, prospecting and up-selling into accounts, completing account reviews and identifying opportunities for increasing revenue
- Maintenance and update of client records (through CRM)
- Actively selling and signing up calls / lines and mobiles, completing call and line comparisons and generating quotes.
- Attending sales meetings and providing weekly activity reports.
To be considered for the role of telesales Account manager you must have
- Business to Business telesales experience (minimum 1 year)
- Experience gained within the IT or telecommunications sector
- Proven experience of consistently achieving sales targets
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in cold calling making in excess of 80 calls a day / 2 hrs a day on the phone.
- Excellent closing skills
- Excellent communication skills, customer service and rapport building skills.
- Organised, efficient and methodical in approach to administration
- PC literate (Familiar and competent with MS office applications)
- An ability to overcome obstacles and maintain enthusiasm
- A positive mental attitude, motivated by working to targets and incentives.

Structured Cabling Engineer
We are currently looking for a full time structured cabling engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the cabling industry working with copper and fibre optics.
Salary £23k - £24k.
The following are requirements for the role
- BICSI qualification is desirable
- Fully experienced with voice cabling
- Experience installing wifi solutions desirable
- Must be able to understand and install all types of cable containment
- Must also be very flexible and be willing to work out of hours and to assist and support the team on a practical level in order to meet business demands CSCS – if the candidate does not possess this they must be prepared to attend an assessment centre to pass the test on commencement.
- The role is completely field based with travel mainly within Sussex, Surrey and Kent with occasional travel into London and possibly wider areas but this is likely to be more rare.The candidate must therefore have a full, clean driving licence.
Highly desirable qualifications are as follows:
- BICSI technician TE350 followed by Installer 2 Copper IN225 & Installer 2 Fibre TE250
- Project management IT or Communications PM121 or PM 120
- Siemons certified designer / installer
- Health and safety : Working at height / ladder safety, Asbestos awareness, Manual Handling, IPAF qualifications are also advantageous.
